Renovations and Ground Up Builds

We are here to develop and execute a vision for your renovation or for your ground-up build, to work with engineers, architects and other craftsman to make sure your home looks and functions spectacularly. We specialize in both the interior and exterior design of homes, making sure the inside and outside merge together into a unified architecture. Too often on custom builds, opportunities are missed to align architectural features of a home, like beams and windows, with the interior design features like lighting elements, art pieces, and other high-design moments. At Luminous Design Co. we bring together the interior and exterior aesthetic, and put significant attention towards developing and executing a lighting scheme, both the natural lighting scheme for daytime (achieved through the placement and design of the windows and their surrounds) and for evening and nighttime (achieved through indirect and direct lighting elements, and their interplay with the materials and surfaces of the home).
